Basketball Scotland

18 April was a key day in the U12 Girls’ Basketball Scotland National Development Squad’s diary as they received confirmation that Sword-Ping, a Scottish based Cisco Premier Partner who also hold the Advanced Unified Communications Specialisation, have come on board to support the squad ahead of the team’s upcoming tournament.

The U12 Girls’ Basketball Scotland National Development Squad are currently preparing to compete at their tournament in Andorra where they will travel out on Thursday 28 April.

Sword-Ping sponsorship has enabled the squad to increase their potential for success at the tournament by adding to their preparations and ensuring the squad can keep their kit.

Sword-Ping was founded by like-minded partners and has since grown into a hugely respected, engineering led, focused Cisco Partner that has successfully delivered some of the most complex IT projects in Scotland.

Terry Neill, managing director of Sword-Ping is delighted to be able support the squad as they represent Scotland at the competition: “We have been privileged to sponsor the Girls’ National Development Squad in 2015 and are delighted to be continuing with this into 2016.  By sponsoring the team, it is a great way to promote the benefits of sport and good health and we are delighted and privileged to be supporting the squad in all their successes.  It is our objective as a business to help support and promote sport and good health in Scotland.”
